How to Explode Blog Traffic!!!

Rule #1. Write an article on "how to explode blog traffic !!!"
Rule #2. Read on

To be very frank there are quite a bit of so called tried and tested ways to increase you blog traffic, but these merely focus on increasing hits on your blog, but do not focus on the main reason why you want more traffic viz. to read what you write and keep coming back for more.

Sites such as Blogexplosion.com do deliver on their hits, but sadly most of these hits stay for a maximum of 30 secs only, after which they click on the next blog to increase their traffic.
That brings us back to the topic, What can really be done? Is there a way out? How do i make myself heard above the din?

Well, here are some tips for starters.

1. Write. Write stuff. Write stuff people like to read.Most often blogs end up being abused by people who think the world is waiting to know what happens to them every second (I don't deny them this right...they have it!), however the same thing can be presented in a way that forces the reader to continue reading. Simple check! read as though you didn't write it. Funny? worth posting? go ahead post.

2. Make friends.I don't mean going around shaking hands with people and expect a sudden spurt in your traffic, instead post reciprocal links on your blog. Yes people do read others links and if you are there, people will visit your blog. Its an easy way to piggyback on some good blogs.

3. Articles!!!!Take some of your posts, tweak them a bit, add a snazzy caption and Presto! you have your own article ready. Now take that article and post it all around you (on the net please....i don't expect people to walk around with faces stuck with paper muffling away....thish is smy aaarticle!). There are quite a list of websites that do this.

4. Check your Site title and description ( I think this should have come in second in order....lets just forget the order for now)Get a cool title something that makes people go, "oooohh thats hhhhhhooooootttttttt" (if not that much atleast.......a "i think this might be interesting"). And remember to give a matching description (the funnier the better). This will also help you get better results on search engines.

5. Submit to Blog Search engines.Most people search for blogs not on the major search engines, but on blog search engines. So make sure your blog has been submitted to these engines. The more the merrier. Search on google for blog search engines and submit your blog to all of these.

6. PHOTOS ROCK!!!!Face it, most people do search blogs to see something interesting and what best but a photo to give them a 24million color view of something. Yes photos rock, and they do bring in traffic. It kinda gives a coolness to your site. Its like wearing colors while everyone else is in uniform. Most blogging providers support photoblogging, but if you need a place to host photos photobucket.com is a place as good as any.

7. Get original ! Showing others content may bring people to your site, but it would not make them stay. all they would say is . ...."another smartass trying to keep his blog updated by somebody else's work". So keep the blog original with what you would like to say.

8. Publicize!!!I am not talking about banner exchanges ( not only do give free advertising on your site, you also have to put up with ugly graphics that can be out of place on your beautiful site.) Think up creative ways. Get a bumper sticker on your car, your boss's car, your company delivery truck...the works. Another easier option, get it on your company's email signature or atleast on yours.

9. Evangelize!!! No i am not a religious nut and i'm not expecting you to be one. Write stuff that would make people go on and talk about you without you threatening them or paying them. And refer to "the blog" in common discussions, parties etc.... wherever you find people.

10. Ok so you got so far.......on more important thing.Don't expect to find any of the above on my blog, the only reason being, i don't need to explode my blog traffic !!!!

Assalamualaikum and a very good morning,

First of all, I dont even know where did the idea comes for me to post something today, haha... Since fasting month arrive, I feel a little bit healthy, yeah, less smoke from my mouth, hihi.. Thanks to Allah, I'm getting better, better and better, from day to day. Hrrmm....now, I had a better life from back there, Im proud of myself though. Have you guys heard bout 'Nurul Iman'?? Hehe...its an arabic language actually, been used by Malay people for their name. Its means, 'The Light of Trust', in Malay means, 'Cahaya Keimanan'. Recently, I've been searching for Nurul Iman, I dont even know is it really near to me, or maybe far away, but I can feel it. Im alway change my status on Facebook, Yahoo! Messenger, Friendster, and etc, searching for Nurul Iman. But, what I got is that some of my friends misunderstand about the term 'Nurul Iman'. They thought that Nurul Iman is my special person, which means my girlfriend, haha... I laugh at it. So, this is the truth, about what I mean of 'Nurul Iman'. So, 'Nurul Iman' is my destiny, where I have to search on my own, and patient come together.

p/s : about that misunderstanding, its true that I'm looking for my Mrs.

Assalamualaikum!!

Hai everybody, I'm back here writing anything in my mind. So, the story begin as this morning as I 'REMPIT' my motorcycle to my workplace, actually my practical place, haha... Along the way, I experience traffic jammed at Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang, where a lady, maybe, riding her motorcycle, but lying down the road, with bleeding mouth. I got scared, and hope that tragic didn't happen to me. Since this is my first day riding my motorcycle, I'm quiet careful on the road, because I fear that I'll miss the right route, haha... But at last, I'm here beside my desk, writing this story. Alhamdulillah..... Finally I got here safely. Later after lunch, I'll off duty and will ride my motorcycle again, to my next destination, UiTM Malaysia, Shah Alam. I got class on 1830 till 2200. How tired I am, I have to face it, its my responsibility right. So, for those friend that will attend classes tonight, meet me later, hope everything will be alright, AMIN.... Okay, thats it for today, got to go, have some work to do. Later then, see ya!

!!-DIZZINESS-!!

Hello friends, me again. Hrmm....all of you must question, 'Why would I put the TITLE just like that?". So, this is my story. It's about 2 hours ago, after I sit at the MOSQUE waiting for the 'khutbah' to end. As the 'khutbah' end, it's time to pray, and I stand up to prepare. As I put my glasses at the wall, my HEAD become dizzy. While I'm praying, I feel like CANNOT BREATH, and start to shake like someone been drunk. I feel like I'm going to fall-down as everybody keep focus on praying. But then, I try to fight my DIZZINESS. At last, I done with my pray and sit at the side of the mosque to relax myself. I'm kind of afraid that something going to happen to me, but luckily, I can stand it. Thank GOD I'm okay now, huh..... Then, I realize that while I'm sitting there, its kind of hot there because I sit at an open area. I think that is the reason why I get this DIZZINESS. So, next time I will not sit at that spot again, as I know what will happen after that. So, thats it for this evening, I need some space to relax and refresh myself. Till then, later.

Hello WORLD!!

Hahaha....its FRIDAY already, and its the last day of the week for working, although I'm just doing my practical training. But notice tHIS, I feel like really working here, means I did not feel myself as a student that waste my time here, with a little things to do, and without any allowance, hehehe... I like this place, I like all the people working here, and I like the condition and environment here. Know what?? I never woke up early before, as early as 6.00 am. Despite, while I got classes before, never woke up that early. Now I see some improvement within myself, I'M PROUD!! I think many friends also like their practical place, if they don't, they should to, because they been given some allowances rather than me, nothing. At least they have something in return, they should appreciate that. Maybe they didnt like their practical place because they been given many job to do, but THINK, THAT'S WHAT THEY PAY TO YOU FOR. That's it, I'm starting my work here in the morning. If I have free time in the evening, I will post something later. Till then. (the most rubbish language in my life)
